The specific objective is to implement actions focused on innovation that aims at supporting local stakeholders to deliver services, create sustainable development of rural farming communities and sound natural resource management.

The intervention consists of strengthening and structuring the actions previously undertaken by GRET in 2 regions: the Ayeyarwaddy Delta (townships of Bogale and Mawlamyinegyun) and the central dry zone (townships of Monywa, Yinmabin and Budolin, Sagaing region). In addition, the project will help develop technical support for GRET’s representation and explore agricultural development opportunities for rural populations in Myanmar in other regions.
