GRET’s teams have a range of skills and expertise that are essential to conduct its development missions. Agronomists, engineers, sociologists, anthropologists, architects, urban planners, as well as specialists in human resources, communication, logistics, management and capitalisation, all participate in our daily actions in the field among the most vulnerable.
GRET is committed to contributing to a sustainable, viable world with less inequalities: this is the political meaning of the collective action that we are leading, through innovation, the sharing of experiences and a strong presence in the ground.
GRET strives to promote wellbeing at work, develop skills, favour diversity and enable professional integration for all. It promotes equal opportunities, regardless of people’s social or geographic origins, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or health.
In compliance with the recommendations of the French Ministry of Labour, GRET publishes its index on professional equality between women and men, with a result of 90/100 in 2021
